Principal responsibilities:

• Client-facing, take initiative to serve and listen to clients’ comments on project documentations
• Liaise, process & execute financial documents delivery with internal departments – sales & production teams
• Conduct a volume of incoming & outgoing calls and emails to & from customers in a well manner
• Able to handle multi-projects on a large volume of documentations from different clients on a daily basis
• Report to clients (investment bankers, lawyers, company secretaries etc.) on jobs/projects progress
• Report to CS manager & sales manager on jobs/projects progress
• Adhere to company policies and procedures on documents confidentiality

  Requirements:

• Diploma or above with good understanding of client service principles and practices
• Knowledge of the Hong Kong financial markets & trades, overseas market knowledge a plus
• Shift duty required to cope with clients in the financial and legal sectors
• Good command of both written and verbal English and Cantonese with additional proficiency in Putonghua an advantage
• Detail conscious with the ability to work effectively and independently
• Good interpersonal skill, team player, willing to learn attitude, and ideally with an eye on details (word processing)
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications including Microsoft Word and Excel, along with good and accurate typing skills
