Responsibilities: 

• Mainly responsible for generating / maximizing commercial vehicles sales and revenue with existing commercial fleet customers
• Manage sales forecasting, budgets and achieving targets
• Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities with prospective accounts
• Maintain successful partnerships and relationships with Principals and key customers
• Formulate and executive sales and marketing strategies to ensure brand awareness and expansion of business portfolio
• Overseeing Mitsubishi FUSO standards for displaying and merchandising both new and used vehicles as well as reviewing and initialing all promotions before they are finalized.
• Ensure compliance with the Sime Darby Group Policy, Quality Management System (QMS) and local legislations & regulations 

Requirements:

• Degree holder or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience in commercial vehicle segment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong team leading experience and proven track records in driving sales
• Strong clientele, network and business acumen in commercial vehicle segments
• Good command of written and spoken English and Putonghua
• Strong entrepreneurship and can-do mindset
