Responsibilities:

• Drive seasonal direction, inspiration and creative leadership across men's outerwear lines which focus on Asia market
• Maintain cost target, drop rates and handover deadlines and deliver product presentations to Buyers & marketing material presentation
• Manage, motivate and connect the design team in the Hong Kong and China office
• Conduct seasonal design assessments, to ensure key measurable are met across brand identify, commercial expectation and cost perspectives.
• Responsible for creative design work on brand building

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Fashion design or related discipline
• At least 3 years of experience manage a team and 8 years' experience in fashion design with more focus on outerwear or leisurewear
• Familiar with Freehand, Photoshop & Illustrator
• Good communication and interpersonal skills (Cantonese and English is a must)
• Willing to base in China-Huizhou (Company will provide apartment and Shuttle Bus to Hong Kong office.)
• Candidate with less experience can be considered as Senior Fashion Designer
• Immediate available or short notice is an advantage
