Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the general accounting duties on Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Sales receipts and disbursements, etc.
• Handles Doctor income calculation and inquiries.
• Coordinates and issues billing to Corporate clients.
• Maintains accurate accounting records and control Accounting System.
• Supervises subordinates to handle all finance functions and meet tight deadlines of month-end closing, review schedules, including year-end stock take.
• Assists in handling external audit, preparing reports and ad-hoc projects as required.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Accounting or related disciplines.
• Minimum of 3 years accounting experience.
• Possessed supervisory level will be an advantage.
• Member of HKICPA/ACCA is preferred.
• Detail minded with strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in of MS Excel and Word.
• Knowledge of FLEX system is preferred.
• Immediate available will be an advantage.
