Job Duties:

• Monitor the daily operation of the accounts office, such as month-end closing, accounting policies and internal control procedures
• Formulate and enhance the financial procedure to cope with the operational needs of the business
• Prepare monthly management & financial reports, and perform budget, forecast including variance analysis report
• Deal with external auditor on annual audit and taxation matters.
• Modify the financial report template as required by senior executives
• Prepare financial reports and reconciliations
• Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements
• Enhance credit control and oversee the effectiveness of inventory control
• Handle ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting, finance or related discipline with a certified accountant qualification   
• Minimum 6 years accounting experience, with 3 years in supervisory level in commercial environment
• Able to handle full set of books independently
• Proactive, result-oriented, independent, detail-minded, hands-on, responsible and able to work under pressure and meet tight schedules
• Strong communication skills, good command of spoken and written English, and Good problem solving skills
