Job Duties:

• Report to Financial Controller / General Manager
• Highlight of cost variances and participate in monthly budgetary control analysis
• Prepare monthly Food and Beverage report, budgets and forecasts
• Monitor procurement process and analysis the cost
• Coordinate the due diligence, documentation and closing process
• Collects and put in place cost information relevant to prepare monthly budgetary control
• Follow-up on income / scope changes to ensure budget is correct
• Support operation staff to ensure all events are in efficient and effective manner and implement corrective actions when necessary

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years or above solid work experience in areas of procurement of food & beverages, non-food supplies, office and operation equipment.
• Good computer knowledge, proficient in MS Word and Excel, POS System and Aspen Accounting system experience is highly preferable. 
• Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure with tight schedule 
• Able to work independently in a fast-pace environment
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Immediate available is preferred
