Our client, a leading Investment Bank is looking for a Project Analyst/ PMO to assist in their IT projects and daily operation in Hong Kong.

Job Responsibilities:

• Carry out data analysis for Business Transformation projects
• Compile MIS report to streamline regular operation monitoring process
• Work closely with IT team to consolidate user requests
• Prepare requirements documentations and project documentations
• Support development of automation tools to enhance efficiency
• Perform ad-hoc project duties

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent
• Min. 1-3 years of Project Analyst or Business Analyst experience
• Excellence on the office use of MS Excel, e.g. Pivot Table
• Experience in Macro and Sharepoint is an advantage
• Excellent communication skills with written and verbal English and Chinese
