Calling for all Store Planning Project Manager in the region, my client is a world-known Italian luxury fashion brand, they are seeking a regional project manager to join their very successful team. You will have to report to the Store Project Manager directly, responsible for the commercial store development plan, accomplish the maintenance plan, maintain relationship with different stakeholders and partners including Italian headquarter, HK and China team, Partners, Landlords, Suppliers and Contractors in the APAC Region.

Responsibilities:

•          Manage projects in Greater China & Asia Pacific
•          Ensure the openings of Free Standing and Shop in Shop with high quality as planned
•          Arrange the wholeprocess of shop openings andreport progress
•          Verify the correctness and completeness oftender documents and coordinate the preparation of documents
•          Support and transferall the needed information to theFranchisee Partners
•          Manage all the internal and external parties in order to achieve the opening goal
•          Keep the stores database constantly updated including the cost analysis
•          Meet the expectation of and insure the satisfaction of Key Partners
•          Liaise and follow up with various departments to ensure all in store needs are met

Requirements:

•          University graduate in Architectureorequivalent discipline
•          At least 3-4 years’ of relevant experience, preferably from fashion retail or architectural studio with clients in fashion retail
•          Willingto travel
•          Familiar and comfortablewith using AutoCad, Photoshop, MS Excel and MS Word on aregular basis
•          Exceptional management and organizational skills
•          Excellent command of spoken and written in English, Putonghua
