A top world-known luxury fashion brand, they are seeking a CRM Specialist to join their growing company, helping to drive sales and evolving business forward. You will have to report to the Store Manager. 

 It is a newly created position in Hong Kong. The CRM Specialist will focus on CRM which is the new key initiatives for our client in Hong Kong. 

Responsibilities:

•          Develop and execute clienteling activities in store / out of store
•          Provide personalized shopping services
•          Develop elevated customer treatment ideas
•          Manage 1-to-1 appointments with SAs towards the weekly target
•          Train SAs on appointment preparation & facilitate key appointments
•          Monitor and drive the team to achieve CRM KPIs
•          Identify new potential customers and work on development plan
•          Explore partnership opportunities to reach new target audience
•          To work with regional CRM manager to develop annual CRM activity calendar
•          Reporting CRM activities and results
•          Good languages and communication skills with store management experience

Requirements:

•          Assistant store manager/store manager will be first considerate
•          Must be energetic, full of life
•          Fluent English
•          Solid management experience
•          Strong clientelling skill
•          Strong commercial sense
•          Excellent communicaton
•          Very well-presented and refine
•          Driven and dynamic
