Job Description
Scope of Work:
- To conduct daily market commentary and research on listed companies;
- To provide comprehensive securities investment advisory services for clients;
- To build and maintain good relationship as well as providing personalized services for the segment of Mainland customers;
- To provide customer service, handle inquiries and consolidate customer feedback;
- To solve clients’ problems in relation to the account matters on a timely fashion, including handling client’s inquiries and order placing;
- Handle any ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirement:
- University degree in a related discipline is preferred;
- Currently a RA1,4 and/or RA2,5 holder;
- Possesses 2 years of sales and dealing experience in securities field;
- Well versed in market dynamics in Mainland China and have experience in dealing with Mainland customers;
- Strong sales and customer orientation, with good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Fluency in Putonghua and Chinese; proficiency in English an advantage;
- Immediate availability is highly preferred;
