Responsibilities:

• Prepare professional write-ups for media, events and social media
• Conduct research and study issues of constitutional and industry affairs
• Coordinate the production of various publications, e.g. newsletter and annual report
• Ensure the social media channels and all external circulations up-to-date and continuously refreshed with new contents and information
• Provide support on various functions, events and industry affairs related activities
• Handle ad-hoc projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism or related disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years related working experiences.
• Proficient in bilingual writing with good command in spoken English and Cantonese. Knowledge of Putonghua is an added advantage.
• Excellent communications and project management skills.
• Familiar with office computer software. Hand-on experience in social media applications and adobe applications is preferred, but not necessary.
• Independent, responsible, multi-tasking and able to work under pressure.
• Priority will be given to candidate with knowledge in the insurance and financial planning industry
