• University graduate with a minimum of 4 years’ solid marketing management experience gained in a similar role in the FMCG sector, preferably in the tissue paper category.
• Proven experience in planning and execution of ATL and BTL programs.
• Solid experience in new product development.
• Familiar with modern trade and general trade environment, preferably with experience in working with distributors.
• Experience in trade marketing functions.
• Knowledge of dealing with manufacturers in Mainland China in demand planning and supply management.
• Assertive, analytical, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good command of Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English.
