Summary:   

• Support New Business Development and Program Management within the sales department with contract administration, and general office administration.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Provide administrative support for Business Development function. Assist in maintaining business development activities and prompt follow-up by representatives.
• Provide administrative support for contract management functions by preparing quotations, monitoring schedules, organizing meetings.
• Generate and/or assist in preparation and submission of weekly, Bi-weekly reports.
• Provide administrative support responding to quotations and requests for information under the supervision of the Sales Manager
• Provide sales support to sales team by responding to general customer inquiries and by coordinating information with representative network.
• Manage licensing, export documentation, carnets, commodity jurisdiction classifications to assure compliance for Regulatory Departments.
• Develop and maintain information files on competitive organizations, customer origination, and key contacts.

    

Qualifications:

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent; 2+ yrs college level preferred.
• Proficient/expert with Word, Excel, Powerpoint, e-mail, Windows 95, database software systems. Knowledge of Outlook and MSProject or SuperProject helpful.
• Excellent organizational, communication – both verbal and written.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
