Responsibilities:

 

  • Define and implement the marketing plan according to company strategy. Initiate new market development and brand image build up.
  • Develop marketing and wholesales strategies to increase market share/brand ranking as well as strengthen the brand image and build brand loyalty.
  • To monitor assortment and grid depth and control the sales activities of the relevant markets.
  • To control compliancy and consistency of POS visual merchandising and store layout, providing appropriate indications and establishing appropriate actions; support events and marketing campaigns for POS.
  • To ensure the timely reporting & management of business, marketing, pricing, credits and other general business issues also referring to competitors.
  • To develop an effective leadership with key accounts in line with objectives designed for the Country of reference by fostering strong sales growth.

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years experience in Account management, preferably in luxury watch and jewellery business.
  • Strong analytical skills and numeracy, excellent negotiation skills.
  • Good Planning and organizing skill, resourceful, proactive and with high level of drive.
  • Fluent in both written & spoken English & Chinese.
