Responsibilities:

• Responsible full range of HR;
• Develop HR strategies;
• Develop, manage and implement personnel policies;
• Responsible for full set payroll and MPF calculation and administration;
• Responsible for assessing staff performance;
• Prepare monthly HR report;
• Assit ad-hoc duties as assigned.

 Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Human Resource, Business Administration or related disciplines;
• Minimum 3 years in HR and Administration experience;
• Well-versed with the Employment Ordinance and related legislations;
• Excellent interpersonal skills and able to communicate with all levels;
• Attentive to details with strong analytical skills and good numeric sense;
• Highly self-motivated, energetic, responsible and able to perform multi-tasking independently;
• Good PC knowledge and MS application;
• Good command of both written and spoken in English and Chinese;
• Candidate with less experience may also be considered as HR Assistant.
