Job description and responsibilities

• Prepare time record for duty, late, leave and absent
• Arranging & Maintaining office equipment
• Maintain HR filing system and quality service by following organization standards
• C & B administration and record keeping
• Conducting induction training
• Posting job ads & scheduling interviews
• Assist in termination documentation and exist interviews
• Assist in documentation concerning grievance, termination, absences and performance reports

Job requirements

• Degree in H.R. Management or related disciplines
• General concept in labor laws and regulations are preferred
• At least 1 year of HR related working experience
• Good command of English and Chinese is preferred
• Must be organized, accurate, dependable, able to follow instructions, good time management and commincation teamwork

Remuneration
