Job Descriptions:

• Handle customer’s telephone inquiries and requests in a tactful and timely manner,
• Assist call centre operations to ensure customer service quality and inventory accuracy of stocks up to the company standard,
• Handle ad hoc duties as assigned 

Job Requirements:

• Diploma holder is preferred  
• 1-2 years working experience in customer service
• Able to work under pressure and work independently
• Well-organised and responsible
• Immediately available is preferred
