Human Resources:

• Manage the assigned team to perform all round HR functions (payroll, taxation, C&B administration, incentive scheme administration, periodic HR reporting, recruitment, performance management, retention, manpower planning, manage the MPF scheme, insurance issue and work injury cases...)
• Work closely with the line managers to meet the dynamic business and recruitment needs
• Manage, improve and modify workflow to maximize staff productivity and optimize the use of company resources
• Provide HR support to Macau region and company's subsidiaries
• Ad hoc projects as assigned by superiors

Administration:

• Lead the admin team to provide full spectrum of admin support to the company and subsidiaries, including general office administration and reception.
• Plan and organize staff activities and company events
• Ad hoc projects as assigned by superiors

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• Over 8 years’ experience in HR, with at least 5 years at management capacity, preferably in retail industry, background in retailers, preferably with shoeswear or apparel industry which employ a large number of frontline positions
• Familiar with Employment Ordinance and all other HR related laws & regulations in Hong Kong and Macau
• Self-initiative and detail minded with good analytical, problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills
• Mature, able to manage a multi tasks effectively and efficiently, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Good command in written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Well versed in MS office applications & Chinese Word Processing
• Immediately available or short notice period is highly preferred
