Job Description

Job Descriptions:

  1. Performing general reception duties including answer incoming calls, distributing mail, courier packages and deliveries, mailing, data maintenance, simple office admin support; greeting guests; making coffee, conference room maintenance;
  2. Providing administrative supports including office equipment maintenance, office supplies sourcing & ordering, maintain office tidiness and a systematic filing system for smooth and efficient office operations, general correspondence etc.;
  3. Providing HR & Administrative support including reports filing and memo etc.;
  4. Other admin tasks and ad hoc project.

 

Job Requirements:

  1. Good knowledge in Business Administration, HRM or related disciplines
  2. Mature, self-motivated, well-organized and attentive to details
  3. Computer literacy(especially Excel)
  4. Responsible, organized and able to work under minimum supervision
  5. Strong sense of confidentiality and responsibility;
  6. Proficient use in computer skills i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel and Chinese word processing;
  7. Immediate available is highly preferred.

 

學歷要求                                     資歷架構例子等級4(高級文憑/副學士)或以上
Academic Requirement     Qualifications Framework Level 4 (Higher Diploma / Associate) or above

Experience Requirement      2 years or more
