Job Description
Job Descriptions:
- Performing general reception duties including answer incoming calls, distributing mail, courier packages and deliveries, mailing, data maintenance, simple office admin support; greeting guests; making coffee, conference room maintenance;
- Providing administrative supports including office equipment maintenance, office supplies sourcing & ordering, maintain office tidiness and a systematic filing system for smooth and efficient office operations, general correspondence etc.;
- Providing HR & Administrative support including reports filing and memo etc.;
- Other admin tasks and ad hoc project.
Job Requirements:
- Good knowledge in Business Administration, HRM or related disciplines
- Mature, self-motivated, well-organized and attentive to details
- Computer literacy(especially Excel)
- Responsible, organized and able to work under minimum supervision
- Strong sense of confidentiality and responsibility;
- Proficient use in computer skills i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel and Chinese word processing;
- Immediate available is highly preferred.
學歷要求 資歷架構例子等級4(高級文憑/副學士)或以上
Academic Requirement Qualifications Framework Level 4 (Higher Diploma / Associate) or above
經驗要求 兩年或以上
Experience Requirement 2 years or more
語言要求 良好英語,中文及國語
Language Requirement Good English, Chinese and Mandarin
電腦要求 MS Office及中文打字
