Job Description

• Responsible for the routine accounting operation such as invoicing, journal entry, payment, bank, AR, AP and fixed assets
• Handle full set of accounts is preferable
• Prepare cash flow forecast and analysis
• Handle month end closing and maintain General Ledger with accuracy and in a timely manner
• Assist in preparing monthly consolidation, yearly budget and management account reports
• Handle ad hoc assignments and administrative works
• Liaise with External Auditors and banks etc

Requirements

• Diploma in Accounting or above
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience in a commercial firm
• Excellent Excel spreadsheet skills and knowledgeable in using Peachtree is preferable
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Initiative and independent with excellent interpersonal skills
• Good time management skills and able to work under tight working schedules
• Well organized and detail-oriented
• Immediate available is preferred
