Responsibilities:

• Assist in develop all corporate, press materials including press releases, corporate collaterals, brochures, speeches and website contents for the company
• Organise PR activities and campaigns, and support on event management
• Liaise and foster relationships with press, bloggers and travel media to maximise the brand’s awareness and exposure
• Assist and maximize press coverage for corporate or joint events, conferences and corporate initiatives to enhance PR value. Coordinate, develop and review press interview and handle enquiry
• Implement effective corporate communications strategy in support of new business initiatives
• Creating engaging storytelling and creative content for sharing online and offline
• Update reports on activities and media clippings
• Other tasks as assigned on ad-hoc basis

Requirements:

• Self-starter, result-oriented, analytical and multi-tasking
• Minimum 4-6 years of related experience in communications, PR or journalism and 3 years in managerial role
• Agency experience is a plus
• Excellent writing skills in English, fluency in Putonghua or another language is a plus
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent communications, interpersonal and organizational skills, attention to detail
• Experience with traditional and digital media is highly preferred
• Applicants with more experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Manager
