Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist in develop all corporate, press materials including press releases, corporate collaterals, brochures, speeches and website contents for the company
- Organise PR activities and campaigns, and support on event management
- Liaise and foster relationships with press, bloggers and travel media to maximise the brand’s awareness and exposure
- Assist and maximize press coverage for corporate or joint events, conferences and corporate initiatives to enhance PR value. Coordinate, develop and review press interview and handle enquiry
- Implement effective corporate communications strategy in support of new business initiatives
- Creating engaging storytelling and creative content for sharing online and offline
- Update reports on activities and media clippings
- Other tasks as assigned on ad-hoc basis
Requirements:
- Self-starter, result-oriented, analytical and multi-tasking
- Minimum 4-6 years of related experience in communications, PR or journalism and 3 years in managerial role
- Agency experience is a plus
- Excellent writing skills in English, fluency in Putonghua or another language is a plus
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communications, interpersonal and organizational skills, attention to detail
- Experience with traditional and digital media is highly preferred
