At OKLink, you will

• Review, draft and advise on legal documents, including but not limited to transaction documents for related investments, confidentiality agreements, engagement letters, service agreements, commercial agreements, etc
• Provide legal advice to management and the business units of the firm in relation to corporate activities, regulatory issues, risks and compliances
• Ensure regulatory compliances and monitor compliances with statutory obligations and advise management accordingly
• Monitor, plan and implement programs for changes in legislation affecting the operations of the firm and provide general operations and compliance support to business units
• Partner with the risk & compliance team to provide ongoing support in monitoring the changes in compliances arising in the global industry landscape, such as Money Service Operator licenses
• Liaise with external regulatory authorities and external counsel
• Directly report to the Chief Financial Officer

Requirements

• Degree holder in Legal (LLB) or equivalent
• Qualified lawyer or solicitor with 2+ years PQE in law firm or corporate environment
• Experience in commercial settings is a must
• Experience in handling PRC-related corporate matters is an advantage
• Proficiency in spoken and written English & Chinese, including Mandarin
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, diplomatic and with excellent communication skills (verbal and in writing)
• Able to work independently, under pressure and within deadlines
• Experience in startup is a definite advantage
