Responsibilities:

• To liaise with factories for production and order follow up
• Assists the corporate account team, focusing on managing schedules and the distribution of sales documentation
• Responsible for the whole process of the redemption program
• Handle invoice ,shipment arrangement
• Work Closely with Corporate Account team and responsible for corporate clients follow up
• To liaise with factories for production and order follow up and monitor the production schedule to meet the delivery time
• Supporting new business development and expanding current accounts
• To perform all sales administration activities for Corporate Account Team
• Assist in handling incoming call and answer customer enquiries or complain in professional manner

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Business related field
• At least 2 year solid experience in business development
• Familiar with apparel/bedding products is an advantage
• Good business sense and analytical skill
• Familiar with Excel are mandatory (proficient with pivot tables, v-lookup, conditional formatting etc.). An ability to analyze data.
• Detail-oriented, Mature, willing to learn and able to work under pressure
• Immediate available is preferred
• Good command of English and Chinese, Mandarin
• Working in Fotan, Shatin
