職責Responsibilities:

透過不同渠道(電話、電郵及網上服務平台)處理客戶的查詢及投訴，與客戶保持良好溝通及建立互動關係，以提供優質的客戶服務。

同時，需要協助推廣及銷售我們的服務及產品。

要求Requirements:

• 有責任心、有禮貌、積極上進及懂得守時重要性的人；
• 可以獨立並主動處理客戶查詢及投訴；
• 如有熱線中心工作經驗及網購經驗更佳；
• 須要具備中五或以上程度學歷，能操流利粵語、一般英語及普通話，懂中英文打字，熟悉電腦操作及MS Word, MS Excel，有良好書寫技巧。
