Responsibilities

Reporting to the Area Manager. Key Responsibilities are Store Operation, CRM and VIP management, Stock Operation, Retail Training, Staff Coaching and Training, Deal with Customer Complaints.

Requirement

You will be a diploma/degree graduate with a minimum of 3 years working experience in luxury store management role. You need to have proven track record in store operation, staff management and achieving sales targets. English, Cantonese and Mandarin speaking is a must.
