• Degree in Quantity Surveying or above
• Minimum 2 years' experience in Main Contractors or Consultants
• Well experienced in contractor's practices in sizable building projects particularly in preparation of tender analysis and report
• Good command of both Chinese and English
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel for both Chinese and English version
