Job Description

Responsibilities 

  • Deliver full spectrum of facilities management both strategic and operational to support business expansion in Hong Kong including daily maintenance, renovation, office security, tenancy management, vendor management, health & safety, office administration, and procurement
  • Maintain Business Continuity Plan / Disaster Recovery Plan to ensure uninterrupted contact center operations
  • Cultivate close partnership with internal and external stakeholders on project requirements, monitor progress and supervise consultants, contractors / service providers in performing project works
  • Adhere to incident management, escalation and notification procedure and delivery prompt problem resolution, all emergencies are rectified in a tactful and expedient manner
  • Review facilities management guideline to ensure enforcement on sites and is in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, standards and best industry practice, etc.
  • Prepare regular reports with detailed information and recommendations for continuous improvement on preventative maintenance and ad-hoc works
  • Ensure proper communication with staff via regular update and announcement
  • Perform any other duties as assigned

 

Requirements

  • Diploma or above in Facilities Management or relevant discipline
  • With a minimum of 6 years’ relevant working experience in commercial facility or property management preferably gained in multi-national corporate
  • Resourceful with good critical thinking ability to troubleshoot problems and provide effective solution to stakeholders
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with good commercial and financial acumen
  • Self-motivated, independent with strong organization and time management skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Capable to use AutoCad for drawing provision
  • Computer literacy is essential
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Manager
