Responsibilities:

• Report directly to the General Manager, Business Development (Wine & Spirit, Hong Kong & Macau);
• To develop business with corporate/ VIP/ Premium club house accounts;
• To achieve sales target in line with the agreed brand development and financial objectives;
• To take part in initiation and negotiations of the trading terms, marketing and promotional activities;
• To work on sales projection particular to the top/key customers;
• To develop new business and the potential channel growth;
• To monitor and evaluate the actual sales performance against target and develop tactical promotion to achieve sales target;
• To participate in the wine tasting events and acquire new business/ private contacts;
• Support General Manager to prepare strategic business review with key customers and preparation of monthly sales reports;

 Requirements:

• 3-5 years solid sales experience in wine & spirit industry or hospitality industry, with WSET Level 2 qualification;
• Track record or experience in selling wine (and spirits) in on-premise channels, particular in hotels, and premium club houses are preferred;
• Experience in organizing wine tastings with corporations is an advantage;
• Able to demonstrate leadership & motivate team-mates;
• A team player with excellent communications, interpersonal and presentation skills;
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Sales Executive.
