Responsibilities

• Major duty in end to end Cargo import and export process handling (ranging from cargo pick up, tracing and shipment status confirmation and final shipping documentation).
• Contact with primary customers and monitor shipping schedule.
• Keep checking and informing relevant department for any changes in advances.
• Support or backup other team members.

Requirements

• Post secondary or above.
• 1-2 years hand-on coordinator experience in import and export practice.
• Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
• Strong in Microsoft Office applications, especially in Excel.
• Details and customer service orientated is a must.
• Willing to work under pressure and highly motivated.
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
