Key Accountabilities

• Assist key account managers to implement new customer programs and support customer initiatives
• Coordinate with regional operations teams and functional teams to ensure delivery of service commitments
• Develop proper KPIs to effectively measure logistics efficiency for customer
• Participate and support key account managers on regular performance and business reviews, identify new opportunities and maintain relationship with customer
• Participate and support response to customer RFQ and RFP
• Coordinate with regional teams and respective functional teams for problem solving and develop corrective and preventive actions
• Prepare customer presentation and meeting materials

Requirements

• University Degree holder or equivalent qualification preferably with minimum 2 years’ working experience in the logistics environment with track record in international account management
• Strong communication, interpersonal & presentation skills
• Strong process management, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in both written and verbal English & Mandarin 
• Strong in PC skills including Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
