Responsibilities:

• Provide quality customer services through counter transactions
• Cross-sell retail banking products
• Support back-end branch operations

Requirements:

• Diploma or above, with at least 5 subjects at Grade E / Level 2 or above in the HKCEE, including Chinese, English, and Mathematics
• With Teller experience is an advantage
• Strong service and sales orientation, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese. Knowledge of Mandarin preferred
