Responsibilities:

• Perform general accounting duties include A/P, A/R, prepare vouchers, issue cheque, bank reconciliation, filing and data entry etc.
• Maintain updated accounting schedule and timely submission
• Provide business analysis support to senior management
• Collecting and consolidating business requirement, mainly on analytics and report design
• Conducting analytics to aid the business operation and support marketing activities
• Assist in audit and other ad hoc assignments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting & finance, Statistics or equivalent discipline
• 1 year or above working experience
• Strong business sense and ability to dig deep to understand the business performance drivers to provide insight and advice to senior management
• Well-organized, self-driven, committed, able to work under pressure and a good team player
• Strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint in creating analysis reports
• Excellent command in both English and Chinese
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
