Job Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts and month end closing
• Supervise a team of accounting staff
• Maintain routine accounting operation
• Prepare yearly budget according to the company’s requirement
• Co-operate with other departments to ensure all processes are conduct under company policies
• Monitor and control the Inventory level and periodically stock take
• Assist to handle Financial / stock analysis reports and etc.
• Coordinate with auditor in connection with annual audit process and taxation matters
• Perform duties as assigned by the management

Job Requirements: 

• University Degree in Accounting or relevant disciplines
• 3 years’ relevant work experience
• Full set accounting experience with retail background is highly preferred
• Mature, self-initiative, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Good knowledge in MS Office especially Excel including Pivot table and V-look Up
• Good interpersonal skills, good team player and details oriented
• Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese, knowledge of Mandarin preferred
