Job Responsibilities：

Ø 處理上市公司日常財務報表及全套管理帳目；具有1-3年上市公司會計經驗為要**；

Ø 處理公司間交易和資金轉移；

Ø 準備審計計畫瞭解更新國際國內金融貨幣政策，協助編寫相關分析報告；

Ø 協調會計師、評估機構及財政、統計、稅務等相關政府部門，處理必要的日常財務工作；

Ø 審查內部控制制度的經驗和內部控制和風險管理政策的準備 

Ø 參與盡職調查研究和並購專案;保管公司各類財務檔；

Ø 處理上司指派委任的工作。

· Handle daily accounting operation, management accounts; Report group accounts, consolidation, financial analysis and budget;

· Handle inter-company transactions and fund transfer;

· Prepare audit schedules;

· Liaise with external auditors, bankers and government agencies;

· Experience in review internal control system and preparation of internal control and risk management policies;

· Participate in due diligence study and M&A projects;

· Ad hoc assignment as required.

Job Requirements：

· Qualified accountant with 1-3 years’ Listed Company experience preferred;

· Self-motivated, independent or detail-oriented;

· Good command of Mandarin (MUST) and English ;

· Proficient computer skills including MS office, accounting software, etc.;

· Immediate available is high preferred, resume in use English with Chinese would be Better;

· Office Hour 9:30-17:30 (Mon-Fri), Public Holiday,Double Pay,others allowance;

· Location: Shun Tak Centre, Sheung Wan.
