Responsibilities:

• Responsible for payroll computation, calculation of tax returns, MPF contributions and leave administration;
• Assist in C&B policies review and formulation;
• Prepare C&B related surveys and various HR reports;
• Provide support in annual projects such as salary review and bonus exercise;
• Perform HR ad hoc assignment when required.

Requirements:

• Associate Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines;
• At least 3 years’ hands-on payroll experience in sizable organization, with exposure in manufacturing or retail Industry is a definite advantage;
• Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF regulations and other HR related legislations;
• Self initiative, detail-minded, good numeric sense and able to work independently in a fast pace and dynamic operational environment;
• Good Command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.

Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Human Resource Officer
