 Responsibilities

• Manage and anticipate client requirements with a focus towards managing the existing base as well as increase cross product holding per client
• Identifying customers’ wealth management needs and introducing appropriate insurance solutions
• Provide ongoing portfolio supervision on investment products, with a continuous focus towards helping the client adapt to changes in personal circumstances and the financial environment

Qualifications and Skills

• One year or above relevant experience in insurance or banking industry, with proven track record in financial planning
• Degree holder preferred
• Excellent time management and communication skills
• Strong in customer service and sound relationship building skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
