Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage the pickup and delivery schedule with customers and internal parties
- Update inventory record and prepare shipping documents, packing list and inventory reports
- Handle enquiries regarding orders and delivery status
- Conduct physical count and reconcile with system data
- Continually review all aspects of the operation, working closely with the team to improve customer service and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with Group policies and procedures, and Regulators’ regulations and guidelines
Requirements
- Form 7 or above
- 2- 3 years’ experience in inventory control and logistics field
- 1-2 years’ experience and knowledge in banknotes operations is preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English and Chinese
- Well-versed in MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
