Based in Hong Kong, reporting to the CEO you will look after a portfolio of large scale commercial and residential projects. You will ensure all site work, operations and project objectives are met accordingly.

You are expected to review detail plans and liaise with clients, consultants, contractors and relevant parties to ensure progress reports and design specifications for the overall project works.

The selected candidate will possess a Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Building/Electrical/Building Services/Mechanical/Civil) or related discipline with over 15 years’ experience in Residential, Commercial projects from initial to completion stage.  You should be a member of CIOB, MHKICM or Authorized Signatory under the Building Department and must be Fluent in both English and Chinese.
