This top tier project management and construction company, due to expansion across the Asia region are seeking a Project Manager/Assistant Project Manager to manage their ongoing projects in Hong Kong.

The selected candidate will be responsible for monitoring on all aspects of daily site activities which includes site monitoring, progress reports and document submissions among client and sub-contractors. Key responsibilities will include coordinate with consultants, contractors and vendors for all project related activities from materials delivery to project executions.

You will be a Diploma/Certificate/Degree graduate in Building Surveying/Electrical/Mechanical/Building Service or equivalent with a minimum of 10 years’ experience of consultancy or contracting background. You should be experienced with builders work, A&A and Fit Out projects for both commercial and residential sectors and should be have a charter ship with MHKIS or RICS.
