The incumbent will be involved in execution and documentation work. He/she should possess the following qualifications/requirements:

• A recognized Degree in Accounting or Law or a related professional qualification;
  
  
• At least 4 years of related working experience in corporate finance, gained from financial institutions or professional firms, is preferred for the post of Manager and 1-2 years of related working experience is preferred for the post of Executive;
  
  
• Fresh University graduate with a good honours degree can also apply for the post of Executive;
  
  
• Initiative and strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and under pressure;
  
  
• Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking and problem solving capabilities;
  
  
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  
  
• Proficiency in the use of spreadsheets and presentation skills; 

• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Mandarin is required.
