Responsibilities:

• Managing and monitoring the operation & sales of branches
• Participate in store visits (internal) and competitor market visits (external) to understand market sales trend trends and consumer needs
• Build up strong relationship with both internal & external customers and motivate them to achieve company’s objectives and accountable for the profit and loss
• Provide and organize training for the new or existing staff to maintain high quality of customer service
• Manage sales analysis to provide advisory for action plans to drive sales

Requirements:

• Degree holder in business management or related disciplines
• Minimum more than 3 years’ retail managerial experience experience
• Strong team building and people management skills.
• Sound customer service techniques.
• Possess through knowledge about marketing strategies.
