Line Cook
Job Description:
- Responsible for daily kitchen or general restaurant operations and mise-en-place as required by the Sous Chef/Head Chef
- Maintaining an organized and hygienic environment in the kitchen and any food storage areas on a daily basis.
- Maintaining food and beverage stock and assisting Head Chef and Pastry Chef with food and beverage inventory
- Keeping Grassroots Pantry’s quality standards and ethos in all food and beverage aspects
- Coordinate with and assist administrative and operations teams for any events, both on-site and off site, such as private dinners, private events, catering, markets, workshops, etc.
Requirement:
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Minimum 1 year experience in kitchen or attains basic kitchen knowledge
- Good work ethics, positive attitude a must
- Punctual, tidy and organized
