Responsibilites

Reporting to the Manager, Group Internal Audit, the incumbent will be responsible for carrying out operational and financial audits of the Group’s local securities trading, treasury and investment businesses.  His/her job duties include:

• Formulating audit scope and approach
• Conducting high-quality operational and financial audits independently, effectively and efficiently
• Presenting control issues identified and recommendations for improvement to line management
• Performing reviews on operations manuals, IT system security and other ad-hoc assignments at Senior Management’s request

Requirements

• University graduate, major in accountancy or finance.
• With professional qualifications in accounting (HKICPA or equivalent).
• At least 4 years’ audit experience.
• Knowledge of securities trading, treasury and investment activities and, preferably, information technology.
• Good interpersonal skills and communication skills.
• Sound analytical and problem-solving skills.
