Responsibilities:

• Verify and process account receivable / payable transactions and other financial transactions such as bank deposits on invoice settlements
• Handle daily sales invoice, credit note and monthly customer statement distributions
• Support on month end closing and provide assistance for annual audit
• Assist in payroll & commission calculation
• General clerical jobs and other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• F.6 or Diploma or above in Accounting or related disciplines
• LCCI Level II or above with at least 2-3 years experience, preferably in retail business
• Strong in Excel, well-versed in Microsoft applications & Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of written and spoken English / Cantonese; Mandarin is preferred
• Independent and able to work under pressure
• Sound communication skill
• Candidates with 1-2 years experience would be considered as Accounting Clerk
• Immediate available preferred
