Responsibilities

• Responsible for the application systems design, implementation and maintenance, mainly in the HR related projects.
• Analyze on IT and business processes according to the changes of business objectives of the company.
• Business requirement elicitation and analysis.
• Define problems and suggest solutions in the perspectives of IT and business processes.
• Compile documentations of specifications on technical and functional design.
• Develop systems according to business requirements and technical specifications.
• System implementation under various aspects.
• Maintain and support existing HR related systems.
• Conduct trainings when necessary.

Requirements

• Degree or above in Computer Science or IT related disciplines.
• A minimum of 1-3 years experiences as Programmer.
• 2 years or above experience in IT analysis and system development would be an advantage.
• Full project cycle experience on HRIS implementation would be an advantage.
• Good understanding on HR process would be an advantage.
• Previous experience in sizable or multi-national organization is a definite advantage.
• Knowledge on Java, Spring, YUI, GWT, JSF, HTML5, TomCat, JBoss, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MS-SQL, Pentaho will be considered.
• Good command of spoken and written English, and Chinese.
• Good command of spoken Putonghua is an advantage.
• Creative, flexible, pro-active, and highly committed with positive attitude.
• Self-motivated, independent, well-organized, with good communication, and able to work under pressure.
• A fast learner and a good team player.
• Fresh graduates / candidates with less experience will also be considered
