RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support and maintain Servers, Network and Systems 
• Participate in infrastructure/system setup and installation, technical development project
• Perform system backup and routine health check
• Provide ad-hoc analysis & reporting
• Help prepare operation and maintenance documents
• Assist in IT procurement
• Work closely with team members/external vendors to various development/maintenance project on time
• Need overtime support in case of urgent system failure

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or above in Computer Studies or related discipline
• Min 2 years working experience in system support
• Hands-on experience in server/RAID installation, maintenance and accessories replacement
• Hands-on experience in RHEL, CENTOS installation/setup
• Knowledge in MySQL, Apache, Tomcat, Haproxy, Nginx, iptables and Shell scripts
• Holder of professional certifications (such as LPI, CCNA) is definitely an advantage
• Capable to work independently and under pressure
• Good team player, flexible, self motivated and responsible
