Job Description
About the position:
The Digital Analytics Manager contributes to the execution and development of digital marketing and eCommerce strategies across the Asia Pacific region by delivering data-driven insights that drive performance and digital media investment decisions. As a member of the regional Digital Marketing and eCommerce team, the role provides support to the regional team and markets through regular and ad-hoc reporting, analysis and optimization plans. The position reports to the Digital Marketing and eCommerce Director, Asia Pacific.
Job Responsibilities:
- Define, monitor and implement the digital analytics framework for the Asia Pacific region
- Understand consumer and website behavior across all digital media channels to develop attribution models that drive media investment decisions
- Provide weekly, monthly, seasonal/campaign reporting with actionable analysis and recommendations
- Drive core insights from the data to suggest, create and execute multivariate or a/b tests that drive fundamental improvements to site experience
- Liaise between market digital teams and regional Business Intelligence to ensure reporting requirements are understood and delivered
- Provide training markets and internal regional teams on how to use third party digital analytics tools
- Present key findings of reports, including actionable insights for key stakeholders, including customer profiling data to feed into marketing plans
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder with minimum 3 years’ experience in digital analytics
- Demonstrate mid-level knowledge of the full digital media mix including:
o SEM/PPC
o SEO, content and native advertising
o Programmatic display
o Social media – including Asia specific platforms
- Advanced experience with enterprise level digital analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics
- Knowledge of Advanced Excel and VBA programming
- Experience of building statistical models (logistic, regression, clustering etc)
- Experience in SAS, SPSS or CRM Database is highly preferred
- Demostrate ability to manage expectations and influence across markets, both internally and with agency partners
- Able to work independently and complete projects within required timeframes
- Ability to make tough, informed decisions quickly to keep performance on track
