Job Responsibility:

• Prepare invoice, delivery note and filing
• Responsible to order follow up, Inventory control and Stock take
• Coordinate the delivery arrangement.
• Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned if necessary

Job Requirements:

• Form 5 or above
• 1-2 years’ relevant working experience is preferred
• Strong sense of responsibility
• Good communication skills with team spirit and telephone manner
• Basic computer knowledge in particular MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook
• Willing to learn & hardworking
• Good command of Chinese and English
• Immediate available is preferred
