Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of CS, provide excellent customer service in call centre
• Ensure the team achieves optimal service level and standard, through proper motivation and on-the-job training
• Prepare reports for management reviews
• Be the first contact point with our client

Requirements:

• Form 5 graduates, with at least 5 years of experience in customer service, including 2 years at supervisory level
• Experiences in call centre operations will be an advantage
• Good working knowledge on MS Excel & MS Word
• Fluent in Cantonese and good in English and Mandarin
• Candidate with more experiences will be considered as Assistant Manager
