Responsibilities:

• Report directly to Chief Operating Officer, manage and oversee daily financial operations, including treasury, accounts receivable, accounts payable and general ledgers
• Responsible for relevant and accurate monthly financial as well as proactively reviewing, analyzing and interpreting business unit's financial performance, budgets and forecasts
• Communicate on identified issues, collaborate on appropriate resolutions and implementations
• Supervise month end closing and review balance sheet schedules
• Prepare financial statements, management reports and analysis for management review
• Providing insightful financial illustrations to assist management decision in performance management
• Reconcile the financials between internal and management reporting
• Liaise with auditors, tax representatives and bankers
• Participate in annual report and interim report preparation
• Assist in ad-hoc assignments and projects

Requirements:

• Qualified Accountant with Degree in Accounting or Finance
• At least 8 years’ relevant experiences in corporate finance, of which 3 years or above in managerial role at sizable companies, experience in FMCG industry is an added advantage
• Familiar with accounting standards and related regulations in Hong Kong and Macau markets
• A strategic business leader able to collaborate and influence cross functions within the organization
• Knowledgeable of matrix organizations with prior examples of driving change and cost saving initiatives
• Proven track records in driving improvements and enhancing operational performance within the organization
• Inspirational leadership that able to recruit, motivate and develop staff
• Analytical thinking, detail-oriented with excellent communication & presentation skills
• Proficient in PC operations including MS Office and Chinese word processing
• Excellent command of both spoken and written Chinese, English and Mandarin
